Answered by Stina Lady - Sat Apr 5 13:18:54 2008 Isn't it unfair that one should "burn" an eternity in hell for sins committed in a minuscule lifetime?
Q. A lifetime is a grain of sand on the beach of eternity, so is it really fair to be punished forever? Plus, those that believe in God agree that God loves us; so why would he let us "burn" forever if he really loved us. I know what I think, but what do you think? So you go to Hell even if your were a good person just becuase you didn't accept christ. that doesn't seem fair either. what if the was another place to go to? Yes God is just, Fair=Just. Just like a crimal paying for a crime. But I'm not perfect, no-one is. I paid for and ask forgivness where I could; but , Missed some. So I'm really trying but failed, I'm still Damned, that's not just. Asked by Coool - Fri Sep 8 23:54:20 2006 - - 33 Answers - 0 Comments A. I think some things done on earth are worthy of eternal damnation (serial killers, child molesters, Hitler, etc) but the whole idea that not saying some prayer will get you the same punishment as the above mentioned sickos is ludicrous. God is much smarter than that, and I am sure the punishment we experience in the afterlife is much more just than mainstream Christians would like us to believe.
